A. Because each project is different, we like to set a timetable of anywhere from 4-8 weeks. We will set up a “temporary” kitchen for the homeowner. This usually includes a microwave, a refrigerator and a temporary sink.

A. As a rule of thumb, a kitchen remodel should run somewhere between 10-15% of the value of the home, once f the remodeling project is complete. Keep in mind that no two custom kitchen remodels are the same. Because the kitchen is designed and built expressly for the client, there are no “cookie cutter” processes. As a rule of thumb however, and purely as a “guesstimate”, a kitchen remodel should run somewhere between 10-15% of the value of the home once the remodeling project has been completed. This is highly fluid however and will depend on the product selection, along with the nuance and complexity of the installation. Also, we work very hard to stay within any reasonable budget.
3. Q. Where do I buy the product for my new Kitchen or Bathroom?
A. All of the product for the project may be purchased through us. We sell only the finest brand names. We honor warrantees and are stand behind the products we sell. We do not sell any “builder’s grade” products. We offer everything… including the kitchen sink.

4. Q. Who is responsible for the work?
A. MSSPI is responsible for the product and the product delivery. Also, because we have our own in-house stone and quartz countertop facility, MSSPI is also responsible for the countertop design, fabrication and installation. The General Contractor is responsible for the execution of the project.
5. Q. How quickly can we begin the process?
A. We can begin the process immediately. Our experienced designers can meet with you at your convenience. We offer early evening, weekday and Saturday appointments. We are flexible with working around your schedule.
6. Q. Do you have financing?
A. Yes, we accept Visa, MasterCard and personal checks.
